Hello!

I’m a registered counsellor and psychotherapist, working in private practice and for the NHS in central Northampton, and UK-wide online. Additionally, I work in London and collaborate with a global mental health service.

I am committed to anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive inclusive practice, affirming the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals and those with neurodivergence.

With a professional background in the arts and charity sectors as well as mental health, my experience spans facilitation, leadership, creativity, performance and retreats. These diverse roles have deepened my perspective and uniquely inform my approach to therapy.

As an Integrative counsellor, I believe each person, couple, or relationship is unique and requires a tailored approach to meet their needs and goals. I draw from various theoretical models, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, psychosexual, and embodied/somatic psychotherapy, offering holistic and compassionate support.

My therapeutic practice is rooted in embracing the unknown, returning to our truest nature, nurturing what matters to us, meeting grief & joy, and making room for possibility, all while tending to what's most real in the here and now.

Counselling Credentials:

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling, with a core training in integrative relational psychotherapy. I am currently advancing my clinical expertise through a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma in Relationship Psychotherapy, which enables me to specialise in working with couples and a wide range of relationship dynamics.

I also hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Embodied Psychotherapy, drawing on techniques from body-oriented psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, somatic trauma therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), neuroscience, creative arts, and mindfulness. Additionally, I am certified in Online and Telephone Counselling and am an Accredited Practitioner in Pregnancy and Infant Loss.
I am Enhanced DBS checked and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and ICO.
