Hello!

I am a registered counsellor and psychotherapist, working in private practice in central Northampton and online across the UK. I am also an Associate with Victim Support and Serendipity Psychology. In addition, I work in London and collaborate with a global mental health service, contributing to the delivery of support and care across diverse communities.
I am committed to anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive inclusive practice, affirming the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals and those with neurodivergence.
Alongside my clinical work, I bring a professional background in the arts, including wellbeing workshops and retreat facilitation. This informs my creativity, sensitivity, and depth of attunement within the therapeutic space.
As an Integrative counsellor, I believe each person, couple, or relationship is unique and requires a tailored approach to meet their needs and goals. I draw from various theoretical models, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, psychosexual, and embodied/somatic psychotherapy, offering holistic and compassionate support.
My therapeutic practice is rooted in embracing the unknown, returning to our truest nature, nurturing what matters to us, meeting grief & joy, and making room for possibility, all while tending to what's most real in the here and now.
